This speed test draws 3000 random lines 10 times, first horizontal, then vertical, then diagonal. The results are very interesting. At very high quantities, horizontal lines are drawn half as fast as vertical lines, and diagonal lines are even worse. Apparently, the direction of the line has an effect on performance. Who knew?
