I made it by changing the sound files in a minecraft noteblock editor program into my dog barking. Then I took "He's a pirate" from Pirates of the Caribbean made into noteblocks by a user Kruga and played it with the program. I got this idea from PhoenixSC on youtube for figuring out you could change the noteblock sounds in resource packs to distort them and make them into songs.
