This is Tobias, my character and also an entry for this contest. I'm mostly doing this to flesh out his character and design, so I don't really care if this wins or not (I'd still like it to though...;P). ~~~ A rough alley cat living in the urban streets, Tobias (or Tobi as his "friend" affectionately calls him) is not exactly kind. Nor is he humble. One might even say he's quite rude. Numerous attacks by other city animals have scarred him both physically and mentally, leaving him cynical and slightly paranoid. He's more of an "I work alone" type of guy and doesn't actively seek companions. One kitten, however, abandoned and alone, turns to the only cat in the city who DOESN'T want her company - starting a strange turn of events as that kitten learns her true past - and that of her friend's. ~~~ I might also use those two as characters in the story for Freckles' writing contest...
