So uh, the backstory of this is that Midnight was at a camping thing idk and tried to roast marshmallows using DARK MAGIC (echo) but failed ;-; btw she wears that cape when she's doing magic or flying across the sky as the form of a shooting star (idk I made this up just now) that cape is fireproof btw since it's made out of DARK MAGIC (echo). The white glowing dot on her is actually supposed to be there, the rest of the glowing white dots are covered by her cape.
