She comes from a rich background with parents who were critical of her every action and enforced the mindset that she should be prefect. They weren't too strict as she still was able to get everything she wanted, resulting in her being a bratty perfectionist. At first she may seem to be snobbish and make rude comments, but the truth is she doesn't know any better and believes everything she says is "criticism." She is really keen on helping people with advice whether they like it or not.
