You may have to click the green flag twice. Points 1 and 2 are fixed and the weight is hanging from ropes attached to each. Change the weight with the slider and move the two points as well as the weight to find the upward force of rope 1 (shown by ||1||) and rope 2 (shown by ||2||). When the force variables are negative, the rope is exerting a downward force. The arrows show the direction and magnitude of forces. Works well in fullscreen.
