They consisted of dark natural colors. -Feral animals who were once just like us. Spirituals (2): - a race of animals covered in blue fur and beautiful patterns. Humans were a tint of blue but had the same color patterns. They ruled with an iron fist for years until their downfall. -A secretive race.They live in complicated cave systems deep within the dark forest. They hide their patters/wings/yada yada to save themselves from being skinned.Their patterns and soft fur make them a popular choice of coats! Humans and Anthros are (also) sold for meat as well. The crazy part is that they are not feral. In 2056, spirituals were put back under the law in hopes that the race would remain alive, even if in small numbers. This didn't take affect until 2060. very few factories that specialize in butchering them still go on. 40,000 years before the fall of spirituals: Spirituals and Darknesses live in peace often ignoring each others presence. Melting minutes: Spirituals decided they wanted to start a war with Darknesses. Why? Most spirituals saw the darkness people as pests and no longer wanted them around. The queen, in order to save her people and make sure they won't hurt her people again, released a chemical that triggered a reaction in all darknesses. They were being twisted, bones breaking and reforming, they screamed in misery as the spirituals ,who were attempting to kill the unarmed darknesses, watched in fear. This process took about 18 minutes. Corruption era: This era lasted for thousands of years. Darknesses were in pain and suffered greatly. Their minds have been twisted and so, everything that wasn't a darkness like them, they would kill. Feral (current year/4020 in their world/they are somewhat more advanced in that world): Over years of breeding and what not. Darknesses are seen as wild animals who terrorize people and is the leading cause for most deaths. Sometimes, people who pass away are thrown in the dark forests as free meals for scavenger darknesses (theere are multiple types of darknesses. The one present here is a sensor darkness)
