For use in CrypticOS only. Turns out lists have a maximum character per item :P Now supports multiple windows, re-orders the layers, and has re-sizing for windows. For @AmazingMech2418: pixel rgb is stored in 3 different lists, each item in the list being for its corresponding window. This lists are called "r", "g", and "b"
