hello~ here with an announcement, i will no longer be posting my art on here! (in art dumps). this is for multiple reasons! 1. audience- i know artists are supposed to draw for 'personal enjoyment' and i do, but it's also important to me to have an audience. because that inspires me to keep drawing. so i'm not drawing into a void. whenever i post on here, i could get 4 notes or something for 32 pieces of art. on instagram and tumblr, i've had way better reception (like a crazy amount for me) and it's been far more encouraging than on here. on here, it feels like i'm, well, posting into a void and it's pointless when my other accounts have a bigger audience. 2. age- i've grown past this site, truly. it's been 4 years. i'm frankly tired of it. i'm only staying here to rp in my studio, but i don't think i'll be posting here anymore, ever. it's time for me to move on. 3. time - posting my art here is a waste of time. at this point, i am posting into a void, like i said, and there's just no point in wasting my time to upload my monthly art. 4. quality- as i draw for tumblr and instagram now, the formatting i use is far different than the old 960 x 720. my art, therefore, gets absolutely ruined when i upload it to scratch. as you can see in this piece, actually; it's a great example. scratch wrecked this one. that's all! if my studio dies i will be leaving the site forever. i will make a separate project for that, to say farewell. this is the last piece of art i will be sharing on here, so i decided to share where my icon originated from! it's shinsou from BNHA in his civilian clothes. if you still want to see my art, please follow me at ----- devantsun.tumblr.com (art tumblr) jackandlanterns.tumblr.com (personal blog) https://www.instagram.com/devantsun/ (art instagram)
