Click the green flag to begin. Questions will appear above the cell asking you to find the organelle. If you find the organelle follow the line to the button and click it. Once clicked, it will tell you if you got the answer correct or if you need to try again. If the answer is correct a point will be added to the score and information about the cell will pop up. If the answer is incorrect, then a point will be taken away and the game will ask you to try again.
