Wait for the screen to change. To get a special message use the arrow keys to move the ladybug to the flower. To get a surprise move the caterpillar to the tree using keys E=up, X=down, D=right, S=left
I created the ladybug, caterpillar, and tree with the brush tool and used shapes to create the flower. A flattened circle works great for a petal and then duplicate it and move them into place.
