Press Y for Hattie (Luigi's now canon Cappy) and the Arrow Keys for Movement. The Hat Dive is triggered by Jump, Hatty, and after that hold Y, Up, and Down at the same time. Do it twice for more air.
Thanks to @FunnyAnimatorJimTV for the base game. Go out on a new adventure, this time though, Mario is nowhere to be seen. Luigi is now the star. Go and use Hattie as you go through many adventures against Goombas, and Topper, the evil bunny trying to stop you. Hint, throw Hattie at Topper.
