The objective of the game is to defeat all other players and become the last one standing by making the others crash into the trails/walls or by shooting them with your laser. The controls are very simple. The top button is to fire a shot that will one-hit any other player or destroy part of someones trail. The bottom button teleports the player forward, which can be used to get past lines. Right and left steer the player, and to acquire more ammo for shooting and energy for teleportation you can collect items that will randomly appear on the ground.
