So this is just a weird calculator for "CHCE" (Chap Hybrid Cyclone Energy) which is just an ACE-type value that uses both kt and mbar to calculate. Simply input an NHC-style best track clip (such as at https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/data/hurdat/hurdat2-1851-2017-050118.txt) without the beginning statement for a single storm in the prompt and it'll do it automatically from there :P
