Make sure the Ghasts don't get you or you will die. Press "t" to teleport, but you will have to wait 5 seconds to teleport again. Press "s" for the shield. The shield lasts for 1 second and you have to wait 10 seconds to activate the shield again. The shield will kill the ghasts if the ghasts touch the shield. The ghasts will also die if they touch each other.
