use turbo mode [Shift] + [click] if you don't it will run out of clones and come in uneven sheets. If your computer is to slow it will fail as if turbo mode is off. even if your computer is fast you may experience little glitches in the water this is just due to Scratch's slowness compared to other coding languages. you also will most probably experience a clunky motion I'm also going to blame this on Scratch.
