It can signify sadness and emptiness, but also clarity and a sense of renewal. I don't want to go into specific details, but my past few weeks were not that great, meaning nothing was working out. There were some tears involved and I felt like a burden to many people, but some of my true, understanding friends made me realize that I was amazing just the way I was.This girl represents both of my emotions, before and after my depression (sadness during my depression, happiness after being renewed).
