drag and drop the shell and the heart of the sea in the slots to make a conduit (a conduit makes light but it can't give you conduit power if you didn't activate it by surrounding it by prismarine blocks then it will not give you conduit power but if you do activate it by prismarine blocks then you get conduit power (rare)
