If your confused by the only one back story, the plot goes for both adoptables, except it's from Chocolate's perspective, since fitting in two would take too long and take up lots of space. Also, my full apologies for the lazy background. I'm going to camp tomorrow, and the adoptables for @vivovi close tomorrow, so I had to finish it tonight. So once again, apologies~
Art © me Designs © @vivovi (the one with the bow) and @Crimsonmoon115 Songs: Bubbly © Colbie Caillat and Count On Me © Bruno Mars Bio (the one with the bow): Name: Bella Harrison Personality: sweet, loyal, not very brave but will do her best to protect her friends and help them when they need her, supportive and encouraging Bio (for the brown one): Name: Chocolate Personality: shy, not very strong or brave, nervous most of the time, very dependent on her friends, particularly Bella (well due they're in the same picture X'D) Back stories (from the perspective of Chocolate): There they were, standing there and LAUGHING. Laughing at her weird patterns, laughing at her slightly glowing eyes, laughing at everything about her. Nothing was good about herself. Her designs were complicated and weird, her eyes always looked like teal light bulbs, and her pendant was... well... strange. It did strange things, it made strange noises. She couldn't help it! Why did everyone sneer at her design, giggle at her light bulb eyes, and snort over her strange pendant? It was all so unfair! The only person who at least didn't laugh at her was Paint Splash, including is friend Topaz (yes the ones I adopted :3). But they still weren't FRIENDS. Why was it happening to her? She always tried to be nice, to try and fit in. But it never happened. Every time she neared the other kittens, they would shriek and double over laughing, then end up tossing rocks and moss balls at her. And then, of course, running off, leaving me with stale moss on top of my head and small pebbles in my fur. No one's going to be my friend. Who would? Even if someone walked up and said 'Hi' would take a miracle. A chance of that is 0.000000000000001% chance. That's really small. Microscopic, probably. No one would ever compliment her, play with her, or be there for her. It would never happen. At least, not in a hundred years. Suddenly, she heard the gate of the park opening up. She looked over in the direction of the gate, and saw another she-cat standing there at the gateway, looking around. She had a little pink bow around her neck, and a simple design, but cute and adorable at the same time. Great. Just another prissy rich girl who would throw rocks at her. Another cat who would laugh, snort, throw things, and slap me. And, by the looks of it, she was twice as old as me. Add to that wrestle and totally pummel me to dust. I turned around and flattened my ears, tears brimming at the edges of my light bulb eyes. They were glowing like mad now. I glanced around my shoulder to see the new she-cat tilting her head towards me, looking curious and interested. I quickly turned my head back around. Great. She saw my personal watery light bulbs. Now they'll be calling me a crybaby. I heard paw prints behind me and whipped around, claws unsheathed. "What do you want, gonna throw more rocks at me?!" I hissed. The she-cat looked surprised. Oh.. maybe I was too harsh. But still. The she-cat meowed, "Rocks? Why would anyone throw rocks at you?" Oh. Was she faking? She sounded awfully truthful... "Yeah, rocks! Or, even better, gonna pummel me to dust? You'll have to get a Swiffer for that one!" I snarled. The she-cat stared at me, puzzled. "I would not pummel you to dust," she meowed. "Even if I wanted to, I couldn't." What? What was this cat doing? I put on a dumbstruck look. "I'm Bella, by the way. Bella Harrison," she mewed cheerfully. "Your name?" Wow. I've never had someone ask my name in a friendly tone. "Chocolate," I said suspiciously. "Nice name, I wish I was named Vanilla! Then we could be Chocolate and Vanilla," she meowed. This girl was strange. But... I was strange, too. Maybe this girl would be my friend. But I can't get my hopes up. She could be faking, playing a role to later betray me, and make me feel even worse than before. I can't let t hat happen! I need to really see who she is before I befriend her. "So, Bella Harrison. What's your life like?" Bella smiled. "I'm glad you asked. I just moved here with my dad and my brother. My dad's got a new job around this area. I decided to come the park with my brother. He's over there," she said, gesturing over towards the small group of trees that was in the park. There was a little kitten about the same color as Bella, with a red bandanna around his neck. He had startling gray eyes, with a toeless glove (like a fingerless glove to humans) on his left front paw. He was climbing trees with a few other younger kittens. He looked like one of those tough guys who's actually pretty nice on the inside. Not that I knew any, of course. "So... why did you look so sad earlier?" she asked. My brain seemed to stop. Here comes the crybaby question. But maybe I should tell a little truth. After all, she was new. "Well, there have been... uh... a few rude cats in the park. You know, all rowdy and keeps... accidentally offending everyone," I said. Man, I'm a terrible liar. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing. I guess half and half, depending on certain situations. "Well, it doesn't seem like they're just rude. They seem horrible! I saw them saying terrible things to you while coming in, and don't you try and hide it! If someone's bullying someone, it's got to be treated to. Especially if it's something like this torture!" she declared. Wow, then this new girl really was nice. Before I knew what was going on, Bella was marching across the the field over to the prissy rich girls (I feel like that's been thought before. Oh well.) who always threw horrible words at me. I ran over to Bella's side as she arrived over at the benches. I flattened my ears at the sight of them. The long, silky fur, the perfect pointed ears, the smooth whiskers, the perfect design and amazing accessories. That perfectly shaped triangular nose, the sparkling shine in their long-lashed eyes. And I hated them. Bella narrowed her eyes, sensing that these were those sassy types of girls. "Excuse me, but Chocolate has been informing me that all of you have been continuously laughing at her, making fun of her, and pushing her to tears everyday. Shouldn't you be ashamed of your pretty little snouts?" she said firmly. The alpha of the pack, Alice (haha she's not even real), stood up, flicking her tail under a passing tom's chin. The tom looked dumbstruck, and collapsed on spot. Wow, very impressive. Powers to make people faint and rot their souls away. Very interesting. Bella seemed to be thinking the same thing. She wrinkled her nose in disgust. "Why, you must be Bella. The new girl in town, these things are always so interesting. I heard yesterday your dad is getting a job at Burger Cat (Burger King X'D)! Congrats, you'll be able to get 30% off every greasy little meal you buy! Though you'll probably get it every day, and grow fat. That's all you can buy with your little stack of money, after all. It's not even 3 inches tall!" she meowed loudly. Other cats around the area looked in that direction and started giggling and whispering. Bella fumed. I could've sworn there was steam coming out of her ears. "Well, ALICE, I heard you chase after bunnies with watches. But I don't think you end up catching them, they run too fast for you. You might want to start jogging every morning, build up some stamina, girl. All you do every day is sit on your bed eating sushi and drinking cocktails. Who even eats raw fish anymore? I mean, come on!" Bella meowed louder. The cats who were giggling stopped and looked confuzzled, starting to look around strangely. Alice sighed and shook her head. "Don't you see, Bella, sushi may be raw fish, but it's healthy, and I don't need to build up stamina. I go to the gym everyday with my girlfriends here. Oh, by the way, what's that pink thing around your neck? A collar? Oh no, the leash came loose! We need to call animal control!" she giggled. The other cats started to laugh again, snorting and shrieking with laughter. Bella's eyes widened. "I can't go back," she whispered softly. Her eyes narrowed to slits. "I can't!" she yowled and pounced on Alice, giving her a hard (but not too serious) scratch to the cheek. Alice screamed and lashed back, catching Bella's ear. Bella yowled once more, even louder this time, and stared wrestling with Alice. They grappled each other, neither side getting the upper hand. I stared at the cat fight that was forming, terror gripping my mind. What if Bella lost? What if she got terribly hurt? I had to stop this! Before common sense could touch my brain. I leaped forward inbetween both of the bristling cats. "ENOUGH!" I bellowed. Alice paused in mid-pounce and crouched down, snarling. Bella stood tall as always, panting heavily. Blood spilled from wounds equal in pain on both cats, tainting the ground. "Bella, you didn't have to do that for both our sakes. And Alice... quit being such a JERK!" On the word jerk, my pendant glowed bright as the sun, blinding all of the cats in the park. The glow faded away after a few seconds. Everyone blinked their eyes, clearing the blurriness. I stood in the middle of a shallow crater, eyes glowing brighter than ever, like a flourishing lantern. Bella was staring at me, more startled and interested than ever. "Chocolate... you're not strange, you're powerful," she whispered. Then blackness blanketed my sight, and I fainted.
