At first, I wasn't sure if she was a dirty blond or not so I just decided to add small streaks of white looking-yellow to differentiate the strands. I am not too good at vector art, especially features like eyes, nose, and lips, so I am sorry if this looks bad :( Sorry that she isn't smiling, I didn't get how to form the lips that way....
