Alrighty, so I'm just going to start this by saying that I am doing Inktober this year, but I'm not posting my drawings on Scratch until the end of the month. Instead, I'm posting everyday on Instagram, so check out that if you don't feel like waiting; my username there is the same as here. For now, though, here's the art dump for September. --------- 1. I started September with an attempt at learning four languages at the same time and this was a lil' thing I made to show words I knew. I haven't really been practicing any of them as much as I should, though, aside from french. 2. A quick and messy concept drawing of my character Adilet. I tried experimenting with drawing over scraps of paper. 3-4. Marabou storks drawn over more paper scraps and masking tape 5. Another concept, but this time of my character Maurice 6. Some sketches of some friends from school and cat doodles 7. I drew my character Teddy for the first time in a while, and there's also some mantis sketches. 8. More mantises with a sticker I had that matched the colours I used 9. I changed the hair style of my character Evren because it was annoying to draw before. 10. More Evren drawings 11. Even more Evren drawings and snakes. Also, I found a five-leaf clover and taped it in here. I'm weirdly good at finding clovers and I don't know why. 12. Doodles of pokemon, cats, and a four-leaf clover I taped in 13. Dancing gestures and birds 14. Mongoose sketches 15. Cats, mongooses, and simple dragons 16. Skeletons from dinosaurs and a crane, plus another four-leaf clover. This isn't the last clover I taped in, but it is the last one I'll point out. 17. A study of a photo I found 18. I sketched my aunt's fluffy cat a bunch for her birthday 19. Musk deer and mouse deer, but no actual deer 20. Otters and water oppossums 21. Australian water dragons 22. Minks 23. Two chickens. One was drawn without a reference for anything but the colours, the other was drawn almost entirely with reference, but simplified. 24. Red pandas 25. Lalli, Emil, and a couple doodles of Kitty from the webcomic "Stand Still Stay Silent" 26. Quick donkey doodles 27. Various birds 28-29. Sketches of donkeys with references 30. A small Maurice drawing 31. One of my first assignments in my art class was to fill a page with anything I liked to show my current skill, so that's just what I did. 32. A donkey that was drawn on the last day of August that I chose to put in here anyway 33-34. Shoebill storks 35. A shoebill stork skull 36. I drew a part of my typical work space again because I got a new, funky looking mug for tea. 37. Some dogs, and another drawing of my work space from a different day 38. A sketch of a sock monkey a made a while ago 39. Old people always call pokemon "pokeman" for some reason, and so I explored what a pokeman would actually look like. Also, I mentioned in the past how my english teacher had a meme wall for posting funny images. He's not my teacher anymore, since I'm in a different class now, but he still let me put this up there. -------- Some things in this project are from: - Pokemon -"Stand Still Stay Silent" by Minna Sundberg http://sssscomic.com/ The music is "Kubrick and the Beast" by Lemon Demon.
