This is based off of my previous 'Stanley' project. He still basically just blinks and licks, but this time it's better animation (in my opinion), a better drawing in general, and he's wagging his tail! He's not wearing a sweater, though. Winnie will be coming soon. You'll get to meet both my dogs.
