Mistpool is out in the fog and rain, thinking about her past. It is raining, and she thinks of Emberfur, and how he was killed. How foolish he was, but she loved him dearly. If only he hadn't made that mistake. If only he hadn't been a medicine cat. Mistpool and Emberfur's only daughter, Wavekit, was spooked, and didnt notice the water, as she leapt for it. She had been swept off by the current of the water, near the willow Mistpool and Emberfur had planted years ago. Emberfur watches his Daughter get swept off, and can only hope that she is okay. (Flash back to before emberfur was killed) Mistpool and Emberfur are laying in the sunshine, happily. They then find a seed, and take theit chances and plant it. It grows into a willow tree, where Emberfur is buried in the future.
