Hurricane Florence was a Category 4 hurricane with 140 Mph winds. It made two landfalls, one in North Carolina (best state), as a category one with 80 Mph winds, and its last one, in South Carolina, also as a category one, but this time with 75 Mph winds. At one time, its remnants almost reformed about 200 miles west of Florida.
