I mean, it is imaginary blood, if that helps XDDDD ~ Backstory ~ Bliss has schizophrenia, a mental disorder in which people have hallucinations, hear things, or believe something is true that isn't. There's been a series of murders in her neighbourhood recently (one of which was her crush, which is why in one scene she is holding an envelope and blood-soaked rose), and because of her schizophrenia she believes she is the murderer. The 'edgy' pictures are hallucinations and nightmares she has of herself committing horrific crimes. That's why the "blood" and "base-ball bat" are see-through - because it's not real.
