So I actually drew this a while ago but decided to change it up a bit! He's a,,, water dragon-like figure I guess, I don't really know how to put it. This is not how I can currently draw lol this is super old, but I'm too lazy to draw another one. The white stuff around him is because he radiates like a white pixel-y sort of aura. I'll probably post a reference project soon.
