We need to work together to stop this act!!! It happens all the time, all over the world. It's absolutely heart-breaking! Remix and sign, and spread the word! THIS NEEDS TO STOP, and anytime now! I recently heard on the News that a cruel (Undiscovered) evil, horrible, mean, heartless person GLUED a young kitty to the STREET!!! Thankfully the kitty was rescued before a tragedy could have struck, and the passerby that rescued her took her in. The kitten is okay, but the act that the cruel person did IS NOT!!!!!!! We need to stop this! Thanks to @Squeakwee for idea and inspiration!!!
