*UPDATE 9/18/14* Most punctuation is now supported. I have yet to implement numbers as they have their own translation system. Keep on the lookout! I created Jean Valjean's Cipher because my friends and I needed a method of communication with a minimal risk of our messages being intercepted. It's based upon on the Date Shift cipher. The actual cipher system is much more complex than this (it has a numerical system amongst other things), but this is an adequate translation system for now. Rdunjq bir tqehg!
