This is perfectly legal and dose not violate scratch community guild lines because it has a white list it is tested and works please if you have any quarry look at the rules on chatroom insted of just going and reporting it do not say any personal information or you will be added to the baned list. please just use common sense and sorry about not being able to use a black list insted but its scratches sight so scratches rules. this will only work with signed in users and your messages will be delayed.
