The first thing that I would like you to do is be very careful when putting emotion into your lines. Of course, emotion was present in your audition lines, but I felt as though it was the wrong type of emotion. If you are scared, then sound frantic, don't try to sound like you are on the verge of tears x I will also advise you to think carefully about the context and emotion of both the quoted and scripted lines x thank you! xx Tips for @mangle-draws: you have the right accent for Bibi (I'm also from South England so I know a southie when I hear one! x) but what I will say is that you need to roughen up your voice a little bit. I understand that you smoothed out your voice when you auditioned as Effi but now I would like to see you demonstrating a rougher southern accent. To do this I would suggest making your line of speech less smooth, and cutting sentences up, as well as dropping 't's where you can. You had a very honeyed and pure voice in it, which is what I'm looking for x one thing I wll say is that if you are going to attempt the accent then be very careful with which syllables you stress on words. I found that when you said the word 'water' it became an almost Australlian accent as you make a hybrid of the American syllable order and an English accent, which is 'wa-duh', but for an English accent you need to stress the first part to make it 'war-da'. Thank you! xx Tips for : I liked how juvenile your voice sounded, it fitted well with Effi, and you don't have to try an accent if you don't want to.
