Welcome to my Thriller MAP! !!!!!!!!BEFORE JOINING OR REQUESTING A PART, YOU MUST READ THE ENTIRETY OF THE INSTRUCTIONS AND NOTES AND CREDITS FIRST!!I WILL, WITHOUT FAIL, BE ABLE TO TELL IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THEM, SO DON'T TRY ME AND SKIM OVER THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!!!!! How to join: 1. Listen through the entire MAP first and decide which part you want. 2. Ask for a maximum of 2 parts. If you ask for more than 2, then I'll decide which 2 you get. 3. Say the codeword, Michael. Keep reading for the rest of the rules and more VERY important information! By the way, this might not the codeword. Keep reading to find out! 4. Please provide links to either: a) Two of your MAP parts/animations b) A studio with your MAP parts/animations. Artwork links will not be accepted. I'm looking for people who have experience with animating and can show it to me through Scratch. Please, only put in two links if you're linking to project, and only one link if you're linking to a studio. Also, please make sure that what you're linking to is recent, not older than 4 months, please. Btw, if I accept somebody who didn't give me any links, it means i've seen their art/animation before. :+: Okay, now you know how to join. But what about animating? 1. Please, please, please, please PLEASE DO NOT MAKE YOUR PART SCARY. I know that this can generally be a somewhat scary song, but let's keep the animating kid-friendly. I don't want the MAP getting NFE'd. So, that means no disturbing elements, blood/gore, or anything that could make a younger Scratcher scared. Put the capstone at "spooky". So, for example, you can animate some people running away from ghosts (haha puns), but don't animate zombies with their eyes popping out and ripping off their limbs. 2. Regardless of your join date, please have your part finished by October 25th, so that way I have enough time to assemble the MAP and share it shortly before Halloween. 3. THIS IS NOT A PMV MAP. Please make sure that you have in-between frames (there's probably a more official term for this, but I don't know what it is). 4. No "just lyrics". You need to animate SOMETHING. Not just lyrics. If it's just lyrics, I'll ask you to redo it. 5. Even though I said earlier not to make your part scary, don't make it too fluffy either. So, sorry, but no care bears or unicorns and rainbows and blue skies. We're still keeping the spooky halloween theme here. 6 (the actual codeword is tail! hide it in a sentence. I change the codeword sometimes, so don't just read other people's comments. Do not say Michael as the codeword.) Feel free to animate Michael Jackson in your part if you want, but don't try to animate the music video. I think that the music video could be disturbing to younger Scratchers, so don't animate the music video. xD 7. Drop-outs will not be tolerated. Please make sure that you don't already have an intense workload when you join this MAP. I don't want to put stress on you guys, so please don't join if you know you won't be able to finish or if you're going to procrastinate. 8. If you get Part 17, the Outro, feel free to animate whatever you'd like, but please put in the usernames of the people who participated in your part however you'd like, but please make them visible. If you want, you may put in a "Thanks for watching!". But putting in the usernames is Mandatory. The "Thanks for watching!" isn't. 9. If you're interested in making the thumbnail, just follow all of the rules above, but as for the animation links, replace them with art links. :) :+: Now you know how to join and what to animate.
