REST OF STORY HERE: Nessa cries because of her family. Her mother and father left. She has two legends. First legend, her face is hidden because she is too shy for anyone to see her tears. If you see her clearly, she will be so shy she will hyptonize you to death. She will only be okay to anyone with powers but if they tell, the same thing happens that goes to mortals. Her second legend is that people think she lives in the middle of Aqua Ocean because her last name is Aqua and reports have rolled in that a ship sailed there and when they came back, the sailors were dead because of hyptonizations.
