I mostly use a cookie based in the II style as a persona, but i thought, why not make a girl who's hair color changes? Her hair color changes with her mood. Any other mood from anger or love would be brown, Anger is blue, and love is pink or light orange. Toodles! PS: This was her before she cut her hair, like she has in my PFP!
Note~!: This is a basic story, of her being bullied, she starts to like her bully, the bully rejects her, and she gets fed up after a few years. She then pulls out her knife, puts it in her bag, and walks to school. Thats when the Blue hair or INSANE FORM happens in the image. toodles!!!
