I am going to make a 3DS emulator (of course with no 3D) You will be able to make a Mii, buy things from the eShop, StreetPass, Game roms, Camera, Sound, AR Games, activity log, download play, and much more. sorry but some of the features like the camera will not be Available until Scratch 2 comes out.
