Seriously guys, Fleur is awesome. I drew her wearing the cerulean-blue Beauxbatons dress, complete with the cardigan and hat. Hope you like, @katnissmellark5! ^.^ Sorry it's pixellated, but I HAD to convert it to bitmap to get rid of the braid. It looks SOOOO much better in vector though, so I added an extra costume. Just press space and you can see the vector version, only it includes the braid DX
