The backstory for her: Jasmine has a fear of flying type pokemon,basically Ornithophobia. When she was young, she was attacked by a legendary bird pokemon, Zapdos. Of course, it shocked her really badly. (Bad pun! -Ari, my Talonflame OC)A legendary pokemon, mate! Not your everyday Pokemon that you meet! Also you may be wondering how she has a delcatty. She was naughty and took her father's Moon Stone out of the box that he kept it in and looked at it, her Skitty (Dellii) right beside her, at her feet. But, the surface of the stone was slippery, so she dropped it by a pure accident and it fell onto Dellii and made her evolve. Then, when her dad came back home, she was grounded for a few weeks. (Yowch. Lesson learned, don't touch your father's stuff when he says don't touch it.) Yea. That's about it.
