I didn't see this done yet, so I wanted to call first! This determines how fast you are able to move the mouse across the screen in 0.1 seconds. You can fidget with the mouse speed interval to be able to see how speedy your hands are. It flashes when you make the shot, so you know that it actually works. :3 A robot voice also plays so you know, just more filler.
