Here is my entry! This is Sugar, one of my OC's. Since it's almost Halloween I wanted dress her up! :3 So if you didn't notice she's supposed to be Harley Quinn. The blue and red on her ears is supposed to represent Harley Quinn's dyed pigtails. Anyways I hope you like it and I hope you enjoy the music.
