So I'm going to make another childhood cancer awareness project, but I need some help. If you know anyone who has died from childhood cancer remix this and fill out the form in the other sprite. If you want to remain anonymous create an acout called "anonymous" or "childhoodcancer" or something like that. you don't have to use that acount ever again.
