Just hit the flag. There's not animation- just artwork. This was made as a part Bitmap part Vector art. So this poorly made piece of art is a weird mutant of different styles. It's my 1st Original Project and I'm sorry to say: It's not a good one. But I hope this gets me a few followers and maybe (If the Scratch Moderator notices) get me up to the rank of Scratcher.
