Just a critique.
Things I updated. - Putting the OC in the sprite section. It always makes it hard to work OC's and art if you add it in with the background. It is best to work on things separately. - Putting the neck layer behind the clothing layer. By putting the clothing layer over the neck layer, you can add more shading to the body such as shadows layers from the clothing. (As seen.) - Getting rid of the one signal ellipse behind the hair. It make it harder to colour and shade the hair with it. - making the lower back have of the hair darker. You can't see what it the front of her hair and what is the back is it's all one colour. - getting rid of those transparent gradient shadowing in the hair. Before that was the only thing separating the hair that was one colour. Now we don't need it. - Widening the neck. Necks are definitely never that thin. - Slightly changing the hair style. - Changing the colour of the shadows. Shadows aren't a light pink, their more a slightly darker version of the skin tone. - All shadows and lighting come and go in one direction - Grouping pieces of clothing to making it easier for layers and moving. - Removing sparkles above OC. They get in way of the grouping and you can't even see them so theres no point in having it. - Fixed chin. - Adding shading the the clothing and hair - added optional white outline around character, it just because the skin tone, clothing and background clash and look too similar.
