Type the letters on your keyboard to play. Holding down the notes keys wont play the notes longer, it'l just repeat it. If you want notes to play for shorter or longer, pressing C (shorter) and V (longer) will adjust that setting. Press Z to move down an octave and X to move up. Black keys are W, E, T, Y, U, and O !The letters on the tiles are not note names.
