Jade is Taylor's older sister. Their parents were killed by Aereon, but she raised him until he was 6, when she was found by someone who wiped his mind, making him forget about her. He eventually ran away, living his own life in the forest. He didn't remember her until he had a vision of his parent being killed. She was kept in a machine that kept her at the age she was when he was memory wiped.
