This is by no means the finished shop assessment. How does this work? The shop assessor will answer the first set of questions for categories in design, management, product and bonus. These are all capped at 8 points (to stop a good score just because a shop is particularly strong in a certain area), apart from bonus which has a max score of 4. This is weighted 50% for the final score. The shop assessor then interprets several customers' comments in order to answer the last three 'Customer Review' questions. It is weighted 50% for quality, 25% for service and 25% for speed. Overall, customer review questions are weighted 50% for the final score. Then end score is a percentage.
