RNG stands for "random number generator". This project is a short but simple way of determining three numbers (x, y, and z) and using the formula ((x+y)/z). The timer will initially add a random number between -999 and 999 to the core number, and at random intervals, this core number's value will set to a code number's value (of x, y, and z).
