"RAWL-see" is how I instinctively pronounce it, but I could see it being "rawl-SEE", "RAWL-say" or "rawl-SAY". Maybe some other way, too, I dunno. "RAWLS-ee", anyone? EDIT 2021: According to the Susie's edit to the wiki article on losing recruits in Deltarune Chapter 2, it looks like Ralsei is canonically pronounced "ral-say", but I still can't shake my "rawl-see" pronunciation, haha!
