Starseer was born with both powers. She has less control over her mindreading powers though. When she was a dragonet, she ran away to the Rainwing forest. She wouldn't tell anyone why though.
Starseer walked around the palace. All the Rainwings were fast asleep since it was sunning time. She sat down and munched on a fruit she found, waiting for them to wake up. Starseer glimpsed several possibilities where she tried to wake up her friends, but decided against it.
