Noire as character is heavily inspired by Betty. Things like design the familiar that follows her and her hair. The art for Noire was made by me. I taken parts of Annan and recolored and added some things new. The art of her face was made by "TheSongList", an account on ROBLOX. The_Fallen_Child's sister made the shimeji art for Kof_ccu. (I am spelling it this way because scratch think the name is a swear word lol) The face Kof_ccu sometimes make is made by Temmie Chang. The Chester art was made all by me. You already know where most of the other attacks come from.
