Rules: 1)NO OP CHARACTERS 2)Hp is not required, but if you want to, he'll have 4000 (max hp 5000) 3)No editing other people's sprites 4)You can enter other people's fight, but wait until a fouth person joins so the teams are even (unless you have a boss OC they can team up to beat) 5) You have an Ultra (basically a Final Smash). Ralsei will start giving out Ultra Cakes to recharge Ultras once 4 people are battling 6)I'll love and favorite your project if you use another Deltarune character.
