These foods contain vitamins that help you sleep, and that means you can focus at school and have fun. Eating well helps you keep a good mindset, so that you can have a good time. If you always eat foods that are not good for you, then you will not be able to do well in school, because you will be off task and tired. These foods have sugar and fat in them which are not good for you and will make you become overweight. You can eat unhealthy foods sometimes as long as your parents say it’s okay.
